For this purpose, as well as for further questions on data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address provided in the Imprint. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request the restriction of processing of your personal data. Details can be found in the privacy policy under „Right to restriction of processing.“

Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke any consent you have already given at any time. An informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to object to data collection in specific cases and against direct marketing (Article 21 GDPR)
If the data processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. You can find the respective legal basis on which a processing is based in this privacy policy. If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will then no longer be used for the purpose of direct marketing (objection pursuant to Article 21(2) GDPR).
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The right to lodge a complaint is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will be done only insofar as it is technically feasible.
SSL or TLS encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from „http://“ to „https://“ and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Right to information, blocking, erasure and rectification
You have the right at any time, within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, to demand free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, the right to rectification, blocking or erasure of this data. For this purpose as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the Imprint.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. For this purpose, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the Imprint. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data – apart from their storage – may only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.
Objection to advertising e-mails
The use of contact data published in the context of the imprint obligation for the transmission of advertising and information materials not expressly requested is hereby objected to. The site operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example via spam e-mails.
Cookies
Our websites partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and which your browser saves.
Most of the cookies used by us are so-called „session cookies“. They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
You can set up your browser to be informed about the setting of cookies and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
Cookies that are necessary for the performance of the electronic communication process or for the provision of certain functions you have requested (e.g. shopping cart function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies to ensure the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. As far as other cookies (e.g. cookies for the analysis of your surfing behaviour) are concerned, these are dealt with separately in this privacy policy.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
No merging of this data with other data sources takes place.
The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website – for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.
Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. An informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient for this purpose. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out until revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have processed your enquiry). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Enquiries by e-mail, telephone or fax
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your enquiry including all personal data resulting from it (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), as we have a interest in the effective processing of enquiries directed to us.
The data you send us in the context of contact enquiries will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
IP Anonymization
We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide other services related to website use and internet use to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Browser Plugin
You can prevent the storage of cookies by means of a corresponding setting of your browser software; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
